Every 20 seconds a major crime is committed. Those
between ages 18 - 25 commit most crimes. Mr. Wilkinson
thinks a good school system is a major asset toward
cleaning this up. The Justices of the Peace
have been abolished & in their place we have trial
magistrates who are attorneys. Police are under civil
service protection. They also have pension system.
Numbers racket has been checked which is only one
of the minor forms of gambling which
eventually leads to greater gambling. Trying to
abolish all these forms of evil helps to keep our
property value up.
