Maryland Woman Suffrage Association
Second Constitution Adopted Dec 3rd 1895
Article I Name This Association shall be called the Maryland Woman Suffrage Association and shall be auxiliary to the National Woman Suffrage Association.
Article II Object Its object shall be to secure for women the exercise of the rights of suffrage by appropriate State and National legislation and to effect such changes in the laws as shall recognize the equal rights of women with men.

Article III Officers Section 1st The officers of this Association shall be a President, a Vice President at - large, a Corresponding Secrretary, a Recording Secretary, a Treasurer, two Auditors and a representative in the Executive Committee of the M.A.W.S.A. Section 2nd The President of the auxiliary County Associations shall be VicePresidents ex-officio of the State Association Section 3rd No person shall be considered eligible to office in the Association unless he or she is a member of a local Suffrage Association, by whatever name called, and pays the dues demanded by such Association.
