This page describes a resolution to express sympathy to the family of Mrs. Sarah W. Parker who passed on November 20, 1895. I have not seen her name in Sandy Spring transcriptions yet. Who is she? I searched in familysearch and ancestry using her name and death year, and could not find a record. Anyone know who she was?
