The report of Committee on Constitution
made by Chairman, Mary Magruder,
and the reasons given for
organizing a state association.

The Constitution of the Maryland
Woman's Suffrage Association was
taken up and adopted section by
section and then as a whole.

On motion of George B. Miller, the
Presiding Officers of the Montgomery
Woman's Suffrage League were unanimously
elected for the Maryland
Woman's Suffage Association to hold
office until their successors should
be duly elected and installed.

On motion the President was
authorized to call a meeting at her
discretion for the election of officers
for the ensuing year.
