Caroline N. Miller called to the chair
as temporary chairman at 2.45 P.M.
James P. Stabler made secretary
Pro tem.

The Chairman read an address
calling attention to the objects sought to
be attained by the organization.

On motion of Martha T. Farquhar,
Caroline H. Miller was unanimously
elected permanent President.

On motion of Sarah J. Miller, Ellen
Farquhar was elected permanent Vice
President.

On motion of Mary Magruder,
James P. Stabler was elected permanent
Secretary.
