Sandy Spring, Md Feb 4, 1910

To encourage the keeping of pigeons and to promote the more intelligent and profitable care of those already in our possession, we, as breeders of pigeons in the neighborhood of Sandy Spring have associated ourselves together.

Regulations [underlined]

1. Our association shall be known as the Sandy Spring Pigeon Club.

2. Our officers shall consist of a President and a Secretary, to be elected annually and by a majority vote.

3. Our meetings shall be held every other Friday thruout the year, the hour and place of meeting being subject to the convenience of the members.

4. Any regulations may be amended or new ones added by a two thirds vote, in which case and also in the election of officers, one hald of the members [hif] shall constitute a quorum.

5. Our membership shall be limited to eighteen and shall be restricted to pigeon keepers, where for...
