Clermont - May 7
A small but very interesting meeting
was held at Clermont. Memorials
were read by the chairman and
this Sec. for the members no loan
last. Mary M. Tilton and Dr. Henry
J. Nichols.
Minutes of the Glen Lauder meeting
were read and corrected.
Margaret Bancroft had the
first selected article concerning
Victor Le Moine of France, a genius
who during his long experience in
cultivating plants accomplished
untold results in hybridizing
many kinds of growing things.

a long list of other flowers. After
his college days and some time
[?] with Van Hutle in [Gl?]
he established himself as a rural
Florist and gardener in Nancy
He was honored by many
Horticultural Societies here and
abroad and his list of plant improvement
is endless.

is difficult to reach for photographers
such as those in the Geographic Magazine.
