When rhubarb stalks are
small + numerous it usually indicates
a necessity for dividing the
roots + perhaps shows need
of heavier dressings of manure.
One English way is to divide
them every three years, put a barrel
over them in the fall + fill half
full with manure.

Marglob, Better Baltimore + Griffith
are all good all season tomatoes.

A good sprayer with a nozle that
turns up can probably be gotten at
a seed store.

Chicken manure should be applied
to lawns in late winter or
early spring.

Albert Stabler asked if we had
been hearing more Bob Whites this
season than last when their
calls were scarce + several had
noted more this spring.

As it was necessary to make
a change in the order of place
of meeting for next time + nothing
definite could be arranged at
present, we adjourned to be
notified later where the
July meeting would be held
