Helen Hallowell expressed
a concern that we do
all we can to get rid of
poison oak using any &
all known ways of doing so.

As we sat on the lawn
under the noble oaks for our
meeting, we could but feel that
this was a favored spot in
which to hold a gathering of
those interested in Horticulture.
On one side was the flower
garden so well planted and
care for & full of blooming
plants, & on the other side the
long rows of fine vegatables.
In addition the many varieties
of plants raised commercially
gave so much to see & admire
in our walk.

Adjourned to meet at Cleremont
Sept. 1 at 4:15 P.M.
