perfection to be followed by blooms
of beds upon beds of iris and
peonies and roses as well.

One of the hills near by was
covered with a sturdy growth of
white, scotch & red pine trees that had been set
out since the present owners took possession
of the place a comparatively few
years ago, showing what can be
done in that line of re-forestation.
