June, July and August were hot,
dry summer months, with
about on half the normal
precipitation.
"September Moon" entered in a
bad humor,- mercury 55°, cloudy,
raw & cold, and the following
four days & nights it rained;-
rained over 7 inches. Then, as
if ashamed of its down-bursts
wishing to make amends, it
cleared off into one of the
most beautiful Septembers
we have ever beheld.
Respectfully submitted.
