Rockland, with twelve varieties of
flowers from The Timble-down Tea House.
Mrs. Davis gave us an interesting report
from her poultry family. It seems each
year she buys her clucks from a distance
& has them shipped by parcel
post. This season she purchased
75 chickens, they arrived in good
condition, & after several weeks she
told us she had 73 living to tell
the tale.
Questions.
Our hostess wanted to know whether she
should transplant currant bushes from
the orchard, or plant new ones - She
was advised to start new bushes - Carrie
