for distribution. separate the bulbs &
plant one or two small ones together.

What should you do withDorothy Perkins
rose? Cut it all down but a few of this
year's shoots, dig a little old fashioned
manure around it, slug shot & kerosene
[emulsion?] are good for it.

Uncle Fred says it is a mistaken idea
to fertilize asparagus in the fall, better
do it in the spring - most cases use
commercial fertilizer.
