Plainfield 4. 12.

The Second meeting of the "Home Interest"
in the new home of Plainfield gathered
this afternoon. A large company.
The vacancies occasioned by absent members
filled and running over by many agreeable
guests. The Sect again absent and when
we state that the member named to fill
this first occupied more time in getting
ready, than it should have taken to read
the minutes we realize to what a low ebb
this organization has been driven.
Even spectacles not affording to some of us
the ability to read unfamiliar writing
at a glance. A proposition to change
