Annie speaks of a visit to family and discusses the date of her return home. Two notes append the correspondence discussing an extension of Annie's visit; one by A. Stabler and another by Julia (surname illegible). Also included is an envelope addressed to James S. Hallowell, Fulford Female Seminary, Sandy Spring, Maryland and postmarked Dec 12, Laurel, Maryland.
