Much cooler. Edwd came home
from "Fairfield" before breakfast.
I rode up to "Marden" to prescribe
for Margt G. T. Moore again, they
having telephoned for me.
I fixed a spring latch on the front
gate. Willie & Fanny came just
at supper time to spend the night.
After supper Willie & I walked
up to the store.

Sunday 29th

I went to meeting, which was a
silent one. Willie & Fanny, Dora & Edwd
went to "Fairfield" & from there over to
"Treadelphia" & back to Fairfield to
supper. About 4.30 p.m. it came
on to blow a gale from N.W: it
seemed to pass over, but about dusk
it commenced raining steadily.
Dora & Edwd came home after dark
in the rain. I was called over to
"Central" to talk to Hallie Bentley
about cousin Hannah's foot which
has been very painful.
