Benjamin and myself got quite
acquainted in our journey and he did
try his very best to entertain me and prevent
me feeling the new cold which I
had after leaving Washington.

There was no one and of course
I have nothing to write about but have
been so uneasy about [illegible]
though i have had better pay 6 1/4 cents to know all as
before.
