My dear Mother:
Your letter of the 12th came this morning.
The very good reason thee shant written the last time is that I didn't know it myself.
Nothing much has happened since last write except that the Beaux Arts problem went in the morning and the time on the problem has been extended until 11:30 Saturday evening so I think I shall get to Faust on Thursday the first time I have been to anything for quite a while

[?] is also on probation in French. I asked him about it last evening. Doubt if I see any one much before I leave altho I hope to get some [cards?] off before then.
Today is like Spring and for this reason very unpleasant. Very warm and quite rainy in patches.
Thank so much for the check its already banked.
Hoping to see you Sandy I am your loving son
