My dear Mother:

Your letter of the 12th came this morning.

The very good reason thee shant written the last time is that I didn't know it myself.

Nothing much has happened since last write except that the Beaux Arts problem went in the morning and the time on the problem has been extended until 11:30 Saturday evening so I think I shall get to Faust on Thursday the first time I have been to anything for quite a while

Today is like Spring and for this reason very unpleasant. Very warm and quite rainy in patches.

Thank so much for the check its already banked.

Hoping to see you Sandy I am your loving son

John
