Dear Mary:
We have tried many
times to telephone to you
since yesterday morning, but
all in vain. I now drop
this to say the plan that
we made was for bro. Edward
to be here ready to begin
by 3 o'clock this afternoon.
Hope you can come. We
will not look for many
such weather! Allan too is in
Washington + was to telephone
or telegraph this A.M. what
time I should [send?] to meet
them but as they cannot do
either I do not know what to ex
