the day; I went down town,

to see his father. Maria
and Nettee here after tea;
Emily Massee here before
tea, Eliza Cornell here in the afternoon.

Bright most of the day, quite
warm; Sister and I down
town in the morning; I went
to Mrs Barretts in the afternoon
sick all the evening. Sister
went to a "Literary club" in
the afternoon. Cornelia Reese
here after supper; rained in
