Ruth Baugham had sent word that she was attending the
State Federation meeting in Baltimore April 17th , and 18th and
Deborah was appointed as a second delegate. Alternates
Katharine Weininger and Alva Beavers.
Under new business Helen Hallowell aked for more titles
for the new club books and said that the sale of last year's
books had been most successful.
The program of hobbies and interesting old things
continued- Jessie Ladson exhibited interesting things that
had belonged to her grandmother- needlework patterns and a
table cloth depicting the Last Supper.
Bernice Mclaury told about antique glass.
Deborah Willson showed some old maps and an atlas of
Montgomery County.
Marianna Miller a doll over a hundred years old that
had belonged to her mother.
We then adjourned to enjoy examining Emma Stablers
collections of jewelry and minatures and Bernice's beautiful
glass exhibit.
