Fire House - Jan. 22, 1941 -
The Wednesday Club met Jan. 22 at
the Fire House with Mrs. Lamar, hostess.
The program, a book review,
was in charge of Mrs. Frederick Adams
and Mrs. Ligon.
Mrs. Adams first gave a short
bibliography of Dorothy Baker and Mrs.
Ligon then reviewed the book "Young
Man with a Horn."
The business meeting was called
to order by the president, Mrs. Englund.
The roll was called.
The minutes of the last meeting
were read and approved.
The following report of the treasurer,
Mrs. Whitlock, was read by Mrs. Francis Miller:
Bal. on hand Jan. 8th $57.00
Dues received 5.00
Contributions to benefit received 3.00
Total 65.00
No expenditures. Bal. $65.00
