be rewritten according to the rules of
the federation on the presentation of a
resolution and then sent to her. The
Secretary was asked to prepare the
resoultion.

The president then announced the

the community Coouncil wanted each
club to take action on the report
made by the Buildings and Grounds
Committed of Sherwood P.T.A. Action deferred
until next meeting as a copy of the
report was not available.
