to such proportions that our
real programs are often hurried or
as the meetings are late.
Mrs. Englund & I discussed this & decided.

Certain things must go in the
Minutes in full, treasurers report &
budget Membership report. The
Notes will be given as briefly as
possible & no discussion of the
program will be given. In
Furture we will ask you to
take for granted that your
program was excellent & your
meeting most enjoyable.
