May 12th 1891 Pursuant to a call issued by Chairman [Som] the Board of Park Commissions of the City of Seattle met this 12th day of May 1891 at 8pm in the rooms of the City Clerk in the Butler Block: At Roll Call the following members are present to wit W.E. Burgess Abram Barker W.E. Bailey David Jones and C.N Evans being absent.
On motion Com. Burgess took the chair and called the meeting to order: On motion of Daily the Board adjourned to meet May 19th of 1891 at 8pm.

Be it remembered that on this the 6th day of June 1891. The Board of Park Com's of the City of Seattle met pursuant to a call by the Chair on roll call the following members were present Danl. Jones Chairman W. E. Burgess N. Evans A motion was made to adjourn until Wednesday June 10th 1891. at 8 P.M. Carried.

June 10 Be it remembered that on this the 10th day of June 1891. AD 1891. The Board of Park Commissioners of the City of Seattle [?] to A O [Laurence?] in their Rooms in the [?] Block: At Roll Call the following members are present to wit: Daniel Jones Chairman Abram Barker W.E. Bailey WE Burgess C.N. Evans
Whereupon the following proceedings are had minutes of the last meeting read & approved —
[That will?] of the Standard [Juricture?] Co. for Tables for the Commission According to 3500 was approved & ordered paid!
Committee Reports The Committee on Rules & Regulations submitted a typewritten copy to each member of [?] Rules: a motion [?] was deferred until next meeting & Committee retained —
A motion was made that a Committee of 3 be appointed to wait on the University Requests with [?] to [?] [?] upon what terms the University Site Co. be purchased — Motion [?] Rain appointed Messrs Bailey, Barker & Evans with [?] & report on the next meeting

6/10/91 The matter of [?] the Queen Anne Park as brought up & on motion action deferred until next meeting.
Mr Dailey made a motion that the Park Com [refunds?] to the City their salary as Park Com's Seconded by Barker — After some discussion the motion was withdrawn & no action taken.
In the matter of assessment for Park [?] purposes the [?] Committee were ordered to report on the next meeting.
The Committee appointed to confer with the [?] Commissioner in regard to [?] [?] come given until next meeting to report in
On motion the Board adjourned until Wednesday June 17th at 8 p.m.
