To the Hon. Mayor and Common Council of the City of Seattle:

We, the undersigned owners of the property in the
immediate vicinity of the location where Mr. Richard Pritchard
desires a lisence for the sale of liquor at the east end of
Jackson Street, hereby protest to your Hon. Council against the
granting of such licence to the said Richard Pritchard or to any
other person to be used at said place.
