Dear Sir,
I enclose you a complaint
against the Mint Saloon, which I desired
to have filed tomorrow. I have been subpoenaed
tonight to be in Port Townsend tomorrow
morning and I have to leave here at 3 am
I will return by first boat. I would like
you to show the enclosed complaint to
the corporation counsel and if in your
judgement it is good have it filed.
