The undersigned residents and property owners in the
vacinity of the Streets named below, respectfully petition
you Honorable Body, to order a Sewer built on Light Street,
Commencing at Bradley Street, thence on Light Street to
Harrison Street, thence on Harrison Street to Elliot Bay,
according to the plans of Engineer Benezette Williams, and
your petitioners will ever pray:
