I have the honor to report that in accordance with
Rule Number 48 of this Department I have dropped from
the Police Roster, Patrolman A M Kent, he having failed
to report to this Office. from May 13th 91, up to this
date, and I have assigned Joseph Topping to act as
substitute until the next meeting of the Hon Board of
POLICE COMMISSIONERS.
