Gentlemen:-
I have the Honor to report that by virtue
of Rules No 46 & 48, of this Department. I have dropped
from the Police Roster Patrolman A M Kent, he having
failed to report to this office as required by the Rules
and Regulations. From May 13 91, up to the date May
24th 91.
And I have assigned Joseph Topping to act as
substitute until the next meeting of your Hon Board.
