fit for duty. and in my estimation Ex Patrolman A M
Kent, has received every cent he is entitled to for
Salary as a member of the Police Department of this City
As to the unpaid expense bill Ex Patrolman A M Kent put
in amounting to $7.40, I would state that I can find
no record of the same in this Office, but it was custom-
ary during the period the bill covers, to settle small
bills in that manner and I do not doubt that a portion
of the bill is correct and just.
