Gentlemen: Your committee on Streets
to whom was referred the communication of Jerome M
Souder in regard to the widening of Front
St.
beg to report that we see no reason for delaying
action in the matter and in justice
to the adjourning property owners
who have conformed to the replat,
and who would be damaged by the
projecting of this building in front of
their windows; we respectfully
recommend that the building
be moved back or changed so as to
conform to the newly made street
line.
