Your committee to whom was referred the
communication of G.W. Hall beg
to Report that they would recommend
that the offer to construct a "frame
engine house on Battery St
near the alley between 4th and 5th and
to rent the house to the City of Seattle
for the sum of $50.00 per month"
be accepted.
