Mr President:
Your committee on Judiciary to whom
to whom was referred the so called affidavit
of Robert Fitzhenry for Remission
of taxes.
Your committee have
had the same under consideration
and we find their being no
seal attached as required by law
that the said affidavit is of no
affect whatever. If Mr Fitzhenry
was living as his clam onthe
first day of April last as he claims
he was by this so called affidavit
andhe being a registered voter
on the same day of the City of
Seattle - Mr Fitzhenry is liable to
prosecution for fraudulent
voting at the last election. Mr
Fitzhenry
can not be a resident
voting at the last election. Mr
Fitzhenry
can not be a resident
of the county and the City Both
at the same time. And your
Committee recommend that the remission
of taxes not be granted.
