Gentlemen:
The committee to whence the matter
of dispensing of four horses and proc-
uring new horses in their places would
by hafe to report as follows. There
has been four new horses bought
and two of the condemned horses
displaced of there is still two horses
that I would recommend that they be
sold and two more horses bought
to take their places
