Mr President:
Your Committee on Judiciary
to whom was referred the Petition of
Mr J W Edwards
for a reduction of assessment on a
mortgage
beg leave to respectfully submit the folowing report:
Your Committeee have have had the same
under consideration and would
recommend the petition be returned
to Mr Edwards from the fact. That the petition is
very indefinate and does not state
to what amount his credit should
be - your Committee would ask Mr
Edwards to make out a new petition
making it more definate as to what
credit he is entitled to and proper
Certificate from the Board of Council
Commissioners, under seal attached
to said petitions setting forthwith all the
facts.
