To the Honorable Mayor and
Council of the City ofSeattle:-
We the undersigned would
respectfully submit the following
facts, to wit.-
That a portioin of Cammercial
Street from King to Lane Street, and
of Weller Street from Commercial
to South Second Street is unplanked
and in a dangerous condition
causing much annoyance and
serious loss to the undersigned
now doing business in this
locality. Therefore we request
that your honorable body take
immediate action to have
these streets planked. And your
petitioners will ever pray.
