GENTLEMEN : Your Committee on Sewers

to whom was referred the petition of R. Byrne et al praying
for an extension of the present sewer from the corner
of Cedar and Depot St. along Depot St. to Ash St.

beg to report that a petition similar to the present one has
once before been reported on adversely by this
committee as being an improper course on
account of the acute angle necessary to be made,
and hereby recommend that said petition be
rejected.

We would recommend as a substitute that a sewer
be laid from the present one at the corner of
Cedar and fourth Sts. along 4th to Depot and
thence along Depot to Ash St.
