Gentlemen
The undersigned hereby proposes to build
erect in place ready for occupying in the designated
place in Seattle. Two steel jail cells and corridor
in exact accordance with specifications and plans
herewith submitted. The steel plates and bars used
to be chrome 5 ply steel, the product of the Brooklyn
NY Chrome Steel Co. the same to be guaranteed, drill
file and saw proof, and subject to test. For the
sum of Twenty two hundred and twenty five dollars
$2225.
