Gentleman,
The undersigned hereby proposes to build
and erection in place ready for occupying in
Seattle, WT. Two jail cells and corridor in
exact accordance with plan and specifications
herewith submitted except as to material
substituting ordinary steel jail plate and bars
instead of Brooklyn Chrome steel, for the sum
of seventeen hundred and seventy five dollars
$1775. We further stipulate to deduct from either
of our bids fifty dollars $50, if water tank is not
wanted and a like such if sink and closet
apparatus are left over.
