Seattle, W. Nov. 10. 1883
By authority of an ordinance of the Common Council of the City
of Seattle, approved December 12th, 1879, George Peters
having given the requisite bond, and having paid into the treasury of said city the sum of
seventy-five dollars, is hereby licensed to sell
spirituous, malt, and fermented liquors and wines, in less quantities than one gallon, for the period of 3 months, from the 10th day of November 1883 to the
10th day of February 1884
