To the Attn
The Mayor & Common Council
of the City of Seattle

Gentlemen

There is assessed against me for Grade Tax
on Lots 2-3 Block 53 of Dennys [sic] extension of Terrys [sic]
addition to Seattle the sum of $230.00. It having
become delinquent there is also a penalty added.

I respectfully ask that you authorize the City
Treasurer to accept the above amount from me in
full of said tax and that I be relieved from the
payment of the penalty alluded to provided of
course that the said amount of $230.00 as paid
into the treasury at once.
