Gentlemen:

The petition of Peter
Arena respectfully shows
to your Honorable Body, that
on the 17th day of January
1893, your petitioner together
with his copartner Nick
Giaconetti, obtained a Music
License and paid into the
City Treasurer on said 17th
day of January 1893 the
sum of one hundred dollars,
and now holds certificate
No. 121, under the signature of
J.M. Carson, City Comptroller,
and said music license
does not expire until the
17th day of January 1894.
Your petitioner further
states that on the 22nd day
of February 1893, your petitioner
and his said copartner
Nick Giaconetti sold their
business to one Mary Gilbricks,
and on said 22nd day of
February 1893 ceased to employ
