Bill of Avery Hughston for digging ditch and putting
in culvert Amt $2.55 ordered paid out
of Emergency Fund:
Petition of A Hook for Transfering Grade Taxes from
Lots 152 and 153 to Lot 154 Blk 6 read and on
motion Petition granted:
Ordinance No 66 An Ordinance regulating
notices of Election Appointment of Boards of
Election and regulating the compensation
was carried and on Motion was carried:
Signed and approved by the Mayor
On motion Board proceeded to elect Board
of election and resulted in the election
of C R Hepler, inspector and Jose Hellenthall
and Dr H E Brooks, judges:
Council adjourned to meet first Monday
