Resignation of B R Shaw Town Clerk
and on motion was accepted:
On motion: notice of annual election
to be held on the First Monday in December
was ordered posted according to law.
Officer to be elected as follows:
Three Councilmen for the term of 2 years
one councilman to fill unexpired term of Thos McKay
and Treasurer for the term of 1 year an
one Marshal for term of one year. the
following named were appointed
as Judges C P Hutchinson and A H Hepler
Inspector Thad Osgood:
On motion: Officers of said election
to be allowed two & 50/100 Dollars per day..
On motion: City Attorney was requested
to draft and present at our next regular
meeting : An Ordinance providing for the
disposition of prisoners:
On motion, Street Committee was
authorized to expend not to exceed
Thirty-five Dollars for lumber and material
to cover Bridge on county road in eastern
part of Town and to make Box Drains:
On motion meeting adjourned
to meet on 1st Monday evening in
December 1895 at 8 o'clock PM
