Town Council met pursuant to adjournment
Mayro Peirson presiding
Roll Call and the following Councilmen
present Calder Kelso Groat & Almquist
The minutes of thelast meeting read
and on motion approved
The finance committee report on the Clerk
Marshal & Treasurer quarterly report and the
same accpeted and ordered placed on file
The street committee authorized to consult
with the City Attorney in regard to open
up the alley West of Caldwell St
they are also authorized to repair the bridge
on the county road if necessary
Communication from H H N Hastings
regarding permission to put in a crossing on
Angeline St referred to the Street Committee
Also Communication from same party in regard
to draining certain lots referred to Street Committee
Motin made and carried to instruct
the matter committee to collect $1.00 for [?]
from the Street Car Company
On motion a warrant ordered drawn
in favor of D Buchanan for $15.00 to pay bill
for medical attendance
Motion made and carried to have the Mayor
instruct the City Attorney to collect water
tax due the Town from the County
Motin made and carried to adjourn
to meet the first Monday in Oct at 8 o'clock
