Town Council met pursuant to adjournment
Mayor Peirson presiding
Roll Call and the following councilmen present
Almquist Calder Kelso and Groat
The minutes of the last meeting read and
on motion approved
Ordinance #54 An ordinance to prevent the
spreading of any contagious diseases was
passed to the council and approved by the
Mayor
A communication from the invitation
committee for the election to be held on
the 4th in Seattle was read and ordered
filed and the Mayor requested to answer
the same
The quarterly reports of the Marshal Clerk
& Treasurer read and on motion
referred to the finance committee
On motina warrant was ordered
drawn in favor of J C Huff for $1.23 on the
emergency fund in payment for our lamps
On motion warrants ordered drawn for
payment of the Clerk Attorney & Marshal
salary
Motinmade and carried to
adjourn to meet the first Monday in
August at 8 o'clock PM
