Town Council met pursuant to adjournment,
Mayor.
C P Hutchinson Presiding
The following members present,Voland,
Willacy, & Schade
The reading of the minutes of the last meeting
postponed untill next meeting.
Ordinance #38 pertaining ot Bonding the Town
for $6000, read and on motion passed by council
and approved by the Mayor.
Ordinance #39 pertaining to Bonding the Water Works
system for $4000 passed by the Council and approved
by the mayor.
Notice of special election to be held on the 5th
day of Dec 1893 read and ordered posted.
The Contract between J C Huff and Avery Hughston
and the town of Columbia for the building of
the sidewalk on Angeline St read also. The
Bonds for the proper construction of said side-
walk and on motion the same was accepted
subject to the correction of the dates.
Motion made and carried to adjourn to meet
Monday Nov 6th at 8 pm.
