Columbia Sept 11th 1893
Town Council met pursuant to adjournment,
Mayor C P Hutchinson presiding, the following
Councilmen present, Voland,Willacy & Sullivan
The minutes of the last meeting read and
on motion approved.
The assessment Roll for the grading
of Angeline St presented and on
motion the same was accepted by the
council and the clerk instructed to
post assessments notices
The bids for the bulk heading of Angeline St
opened the bid of R Palmer being the
lowest the same was accepted and
the Attorney instructed to draw a contract
to comply with the same.
The Bond and contract of F E Scott
presented and signed and on motion
the same now accepted.
The marshall instructed to notify those
parties using city water that when the
families used from the new fauset that
double price would be charged for the same
Motion made and carried to adjourne
to meet Monday Sept 18th as 8 o'clock pm
