Columbia May 22nd, 1893
The Town Council met pursuant to adjournment Mayor
C P Hutchinson presiding. The following Councilmen
present: Sullivan, Bond & Willacy.
The minutes of the last meeting read and on
motion approved.
Mr Hellenthal reported that the reservoir had been
tested and found all right and on motion his
report was accepted.
Water Committee report that they had bought the 250
ft of 3 in pipe for 23 cents per ft, also the neessary
fittings for same and had borrowed tools for
putting in the same on motion report was
accepted.
Ordinance #29 referring to the grading of Columbus
St read and on motion passed by the Council
and approved by the mayor.
On motion the Clerk was instructed to
advertise for bids for the grading of Colum-
bus Street same to be opened on June 5th at
8 o'clock.
Motion made and carried to adjourne to
meet Monday May 29th at 8 o'clock pm
